Who is eligible to attend?
Attendance is reserved for event sponsors and their invited guests, based on sponsorship level.
What sponsorship levels are available?
We offer the following sponsorship opportunities:
- Platinum Sponsor – $15,000
- Gold Sponsor – $10,000
- Silver Sponsor – $5,000
- Bronze Sponsor – $2,500
Each level includes varying benefits such as bay access, player spots, and event participation. Full details are outlined in the sponsorship package.
What is the Friends of the Foundation option?
The Friends of the Foundation option allows organizations or individuals to support the Foundation with a monetary donation if they are unable to attend the event. Contributions at any dollar amount are welcome and greatly appreciated.
Do participants need golf experience to play?
No prior golf experience is necessary. Topgolf is designed for all skill levels and focused on fun and engagement.
How many players are included with each sponsorship?
Player participation is determined by sponsorship level. Each Topgolf bay can accommodate up to six players.
How long will the event last?
The event will run approximately two to three hours, including check-in, raffle, gameplay, and networking.
What attire is recommended?
Business casual or smart casual attire is recommended. Golf shoes are not required.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Yes. All players will receive complimentary breakfast and lunch, along with non-alcoholic beverages, throughout the event.
Will there be a raffle?
Yes. A raffle will be held prior to golfing. Each attending sponsor will receive raffle tickets, and additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase to further support the Foundation.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable?
Topgolf bays are covered and climate-controlled, so the weather should not affect the event.
How do proceeds benefit the Foundation?
100% of sponsorships, raffle proceeds, and donations directly support the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
